The Professional Accelerated Route (PAR) is an intensive 8-week professional development programme designed for internationally qualified healthcare professionals who are preparing to pursue career opportunities abroad.
The programme equips nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to understand international healthcare standards, workplace expectations, and professional regulations commonly required in countries such as the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and other international healthcare destinations.
Working in another country requires more than clinical expertise. Healthcare professionals must adapt to different healthcare systems, professional standards, workplace cultures, patient safety requirements, and communication expectations. PAR helps participants build these essential competencies while strengthening their readiness for international employment opportunities.
Participants also receive structured preparation for the Occupational English Test (OET) through dedicated coaching designed to improve the English language skills required by many healthcare regulators and employers.
In addition, the programme creates valuable networking opportunities by connecting participants with experienced healthcare professionals, recruiters, educators, and industry partners, helping them better understand international career pathways.
