Requirements
Applicants must lodge an expression of interest and be nominated by a state or territory government agency and invited to apply by the minister:

- at least AUD 1 million in venture capital funding to start the commercialization and development of a high-value business idea in Australia
This is a permanent residence visa but can be applied f/or from outside Australia
