The student visa in Sweden is called Resident Permit for Studies.  If your study program is less than 90 days, you’ll need to apply for the Short Stay Visa If your study program is longer than 180 days. You require to obtain a Long Stay Visa type D.  International students are allowed to work while studying in Sweden.
